2018-09-20: first contact by mail, no answer

2018-11-06: send another mail

2018-11-17: still no answer, will see directly when I will come.

2018-11-20: I meet directly the person responsible of the makerspace. This is a private space only accessible for student and other persons from the school. The address I have is not the good one, he gives it's own email. He is really interested about the project but don't seem to have the right to give me more information or let me access the space. He can answer some questions by mail.
